How do I register my business?
Click 'Get Started' and complete the registration form with your business name, contact details, and delivery address. Our team will review and approve your account within 1 business day. You will receive a notification once approved.
Why does my account need approval?
We verify all business accounts to maintain a trusted marketplace for our suppliers. This quick step ensures every buyer on our platform is a legitimate business and helps us offer better prices and priority service.
Can I update my business address or contact information?
Yes. Log in to your customer portal and visit your profile page to update your delivery address, phone number, and business name. Changes take effect immediately for new orders.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Contact our support team at hello@freshmove.my and we will reset your password. We are working on a self-service password reset feature that will be available soon.
