Who can use FreshMove?
FreshMove is designed for businesses — restaurants, hotels, caterers, food courts, schools, and retail stores. We do not currently serve individual consumers. All business accounts go through a quick approval process before placing orders.
Which areas does FreshMove serve?
We currently serve businesses in the Klang Valley area, including Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, and Cheras. We are actively expanding to other states in Malaysia — contact us to check availability in your area.
Is FreshMove free to use?
Yes, registering and using the FreshMove platform is free. You only pay for the produce you order. Delivery fees, if any, depend on your order size and location and will be clearly displayed before you confirm an order.
