When will my order be delivered?
Orders placed and approved before 3pm are typically delivered the next morning. We operate deliveries from 6am to 2pm on weekdays and Saturdays. Exact delivery windows depend on your zone and the supplier's preparation time.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. Your order detail page shows the real-time delivery status — from 'Out for Delivery' through to 'Delivered', along with proof of delivery once completed. You can also contact the delivery agent directly if needed.
What happens if my delivery is late or has missing items?
Contact our support team at hello@freshmove.my or call us within 24 hours of delivery. We take fulfilment accuracy seriously and will coordinate with the supplier to resolve the issue, including credits or replacements where applicable.
Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery fees depend on your order size and location. Orders above a certain value qualify for free delivery. The applicable delivery charge, if any, will be shown clearly before you confirm your order.
Can I specify a preferred delivery time?
You can add delivery notes to your order specifying preferred times or special instructions (e.g. 'deliver before 9am' or 'call on arrival'). We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to route scheduling.
