How is pricing determined?
Suppliers set a base (default) price for each product. Our platform may also set a special platform price that overrides the base price for all customers. Loyal or high-volume customers can be offered custom pricing — contact us to enquire.
Are the prices shown inclusive of GST or SST?
All prices shown on FreshMove are listed exclusive of applicable taxes. Any relevant taxes will be displayed at checkout. Most fresh produce is currently zero-rated under Malaysian tax law.
How do I pay for my orders?
We currently operate on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis. Our delivery agent will collect payment at the time of delivery. We are working on adding bank transfer and online payment options in the near future.
Can I negotiate pricing for large or regular orders?
Yes. For high-volume or recurring orders, reach out to us at hello@freshmove.my. Our team will work with the relevant supplier to offer you a custom price tier suited to your business needs.
