I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Contact our support team at hello@freshmove.my and we will reset your password. We are working on a self-service password reset feature that will be available soon.
How do I place an order?
Browse the product catalogue, add items to your cart, enter your delivery address, and click 'Place Order'. Our team will review and confirm your order, then coordinate with the relevant suppliers for fulfilment.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Each product has its own minimum order quantity set by the supplier — typically by weight (kg) or unit count. The MOQ is clearly shown on each product listing. You can mix products from multiple suppliers in a single order.
Can I edit or cancel an order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified before they are approved by our team. Once the status changes to 'Supplier Tasked', the order has entered fulfilment and cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Can I order from multiple suppliers in one go?
Yes. Our catalogue includes products from multiple verified suppliers. You can add items from different suppliers into a single cart and place one order — we handle the coordination behind the scenes.
How do I know when my order has been confirmed?
You will receive a status update in your order history portal. We also notify you when your order status changes — from Pending Approval → Supplier Tasked → Ready for Pickup → Out for Delivery → Delivered.
How is pricing determined?
Suppliers set a base (default) price for each product. Our platform may also set a special platform price that overrides the base price for all customers. Loyal or high-volume customers can be offered custom pricing — contact us to enquire.
Are the prices shown inclusive of GST or SST?
All prices shown on FreshMove are listed exclusive of applicable taxes. Any relevant taxes will be displayed at checkout. Most fresh produce is currently zero-rated under Malaysian tax law.
